Delivery

We ship from Kubwa, Abuja to anywhere in Nigeria.

• Abuja (FCT): Same-day or next-day via dispatch rider.
• Nationwide: 2–5 working days via courier (e.g. GIG, courier of your choice).
• Free delivery on orders over ₦30,000. Below that, delivery is calculated by location and confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.

Payment

We confirm your order on WhatsApp, then you pay by bank transfer or a secure Paystack link. We do not collect card or bank details on this website.

Returns & exchanges

Fragrance is a personal, hygiene-sensitive product. For everyone's safety:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
• If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or exchange.
• Unopened items in original condition may be exchanged within 3 days where stock allows.
